Can my clients download the photos?

Yes, on any paid plan. They download at the exact quality you uploaded, and you decide per gallery whether downloads are on at all.

Where is my data stored?

Uploaded photos and files are stored in the EU. Our DPA and subprocessor list explain which providers help run the service and where they process data.

Can I password-protect a gallery?

Yes, you can set a password on any gallery so only the people you choose can view your work.

How do I move my galleries to Glassline?

What happens if I want to leave?
