Concierge migration

Your galleries, moved with care.

Moving years of client work should not become another project on your list. We plan and perform the export, rebuild supported galleries privately, reconcile the files, and let you approve everything before a new link goes live.

The promise

For photographers moving from PicDrop, Pixieset, or Pic-Time. Secure temporary source access, no automatic publishing, and no vague “done” without a file-count check.

How it works

01

We map the move.

Tell us where your galleries live, roughly how many there are, and what must be preserved. We review the structure, storage, active client work, and any unusual formats before quoting the migration.

02

We handle the export.

After the scope is agreed, we arrange secure temporary access to your source account and coordinate MFA with you when needed. We download the best available files and relevant records, then ask you to revoke our access after handoff.

03

We rebuild privately.

Supported photos, gallery names, and recoverable sections are moved into private, unpublished Glassline galleries. We resolve failures and ambiguous folder structures with you.

04

You approve the handoff.

We reconcile supported file counts and give you a review checklist. You choose covers, passwords, downloads, and publication. Your clients hear about the move only when you are ready.

What can move

Your client work and your public presence.

We move more than image files. Your client galleries, the galleries selected for your portfolio, and your About page are rebuilt privately for you to review.

01

Your galleries

We rebuild each client gallery privately, preserving the supported photos and recognizable structure before anything is published.

  • Original or highest-available supported photos
  • Gallery names and recoverable sections
  • Embedded metadata present in the files
  • Covers, dates, descriptions, and ordering where recoverable

02

Your portfolio galleries

We identify the galleries featured in your current portfolio and recreate that curated public selection in Glassline.

  • Featured gallery selection
  • Portfolio gallery order
  • Gallery covers and presentation review
  • Private review before the portfolio goes live

03

Your About page

We move the useful content from your existing About page and rebuild it within Glassline’s portfolio format.

  • About text and biography
  • Profile or portrait image where available
  • Business details and social links
  • A final content and layout review

Set up with you

New passwords, client access, downloads, proofing, slideshows, watermarks, and replacement client links.

Kept as an archive

Store products, orders, carts, automations, old sessions and URLs, themes, music, video, and unsupported formats.

Before we begin

A quote based on the real library.

We start with four facts: your current platform, approximate gallery count, approximate storage, and what must survive the move. A representative export may be enough to expose hierarchy or format issues before hundreds of gigabytes are transferred.

We then send a written scope, price, and estimated timing. No migration work begins until you accept it. Your existing account stays available until the reconciliation and handoff are complete.

Questions

Before you move.

How much does concierge migration cost?

We quote each migration after a short inventory review. Gallery count and storage matter, but hierarchy complexity, archived files, unsupported formats, and active client work can change the effort. You receive a written scope, price, and estimated timing before work begins.

Do you need my PicDrop, Pixieset, or Pic-Time password?

For a hands-off concierge migration, we can ask for temporary access to your source account after you accept the quote. Never put a password or MFA code in the quote form or ordinary email. We arrange the handoff separately, recommend a unique temporary password where the platform allows it, coordinate MFA directly with you, and ask you to change the password or revoke access after the migration. If you prefer not to share access, you can provide the official exports yourself and follow our migration guide.

Will my existing client links continue to work?

No. Source-platform URLs cannot become Glassline URLs. We import galleries privately, help you review the new access settings, and provide a deliberate changeover checklist before you send new links.

Can you migrate favorites, comments, or client selections?

We preserve supported filename lists, CSVs, and reports as historical records and reconcile them against imported photos where possible. They do not currently become live Glassline proofing sessions because the platforms use different selection models.

What photo formats can move into Glassline?

Glassline currently accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 50 MB each. We identify unsupported or oversized files before the move and report them instead of silently dropping or converting them.

When can I cancel my old subscription?

Keep the source account active until supported file counts match, failures are resolved, active orders or client selections are complete, and you have approved the new private galleries. We include that decision in the final handoff checklist.

Your archive deserves a careful handoff.

Tell us what you are moving. We will reply with the information we need, the parts we can preserve, and a concrete plan before any gallery changes hands.
