A wedding has two people, a family shoot has four, and a commercial job has a producer who is not the person paying. One client record holds all of them as contacts, with one marked primary so you know who to write to first.

Keep timings, locations, requests, and must-have moments on the client record. The Notes field adapts to your phone, so you can check or update the plan while you are on the go. Only you can see these working notes.

Linking a gallery to a client is private organization and nothing more. It grants no access, opens nothing, and changes no setting. Visibility, password protection, and download options stay exactly where you set them, on the gallery itself.

Your workspace · Email sharing
When you send a gallery by email, contacts with email addresses from its linked clients appear as prefilled recipients. You can remove them or add another address. Nothing is sent until you swipe to send.
Use arrow keys to choose an option, then press Enter. Esc closes the list. Press Enter or comma to add an email address.
