Client management

Every gallery belongs to someone.

Clients is a small CRM built for one photographer, not a sales team. Group the people behind a booking under one record, keep a private note, and connect the galleries you have already delivered.

01

One record

An individual, a couple, a family, or a company, with everyone involved kept as contacts beneath it.

02

Private notes

A free-text note on every client that only you can see, saved with the record.

03

Linked galleries

Connect existing galleries to a client so the work and the relationship stay together.

Group people the way a booking actually works

A wedding has two people, a family shoot has four, and a commercial job has a producer who is not the person paying. One client record holds all of them as contacts, with one marked primary so you know who to write to first.

  • One record per client
  • Several contacts beneath it
  • A designated primary contact

Connect galleries without changing who can see them

Linking a gallery to a client is private organization and nothing more. It grants no access, opens nothing, and changes no setting. Visibility, password protection, and download options stay exactly where you set them, on the gallery itself.

  • Links grant no gallery access
  • Gallery settings stay with the gallery
  • Link existing galleries at any time

Carry contacts into delivery

When you open a gallery's Share tab, the email-bearing contacts from its linked clients are offered as named recipients. Nothing is sent for you: choosing who receives the gallery stays an explicit step.

  • Named recipients in the Share tab
  • No retyping email addresses
  • Sending stays an explicit step
Common questions

Good to know.

Is this a full CRM with a sales pipeline?

No. There are no lead stages, deal statuses, or invoicing. Clients is for organizing the people and galleries you already work with, not for managing a sales process.

Does linking a gallery to a client give that client access?

No. A link is private organization only. Gallery visibility, password protection, and download settings are unchanged by it and continue to be managed on the gallery.

What happens when I stop working with a client?

Archive the record. It keeps the contacts, note, and gallery links but disappears from your active list, and you can restore it at any time. A client can only be deleted permanently once archived, and deleting one never deletes galleries.
