Privacy and sharing

Share each gallery on its own terms.

Send an open link when the work is meant to travel, add a password for a sensitive delivery, or keep the gallery private until it is ready.

01

Private by default

Keep work out of public view while you upload, organize, and prepare the delivery.

02

Password protection

Require a gallery password when the link alone should not be enough.

03

No client account

Access control does not require clients to create a Glassline profile.

Match access to the work

A wedding highlight set, a private portrait session, and an unfinished commercial gallery do not need the same visibility.

Change the setting when the work changes

Prepare privately, share for review, and adjust access later without rebuilding the gallery or sending the files somewhere else.

  • Visibility can be changed
  • One continuing gallery link

Keep access simple for clients

A password can protect the work without adding an account flow. Clients open the link, enter the password when required, and arrive at the photos.

Yes. Password protection is managed in the gallery settings.

Does a client need an account to enter a gallery password?

No. They can open the shared link and enter the password directly.
